Le Marche, Montecarotto. The Agriturismo Il Maestro, producer of Verdicchio wine, nestled in the hills of the Marches with stunning views over the surrounding vineyards. The picturesque village Montecarotto with its shops and cafés is within walking distance.
This fabulous house has three apartments, twio on the ground floor, these are suitable for 2 +2 people, and one on the first floor which is a 4-person apartment.
Barbecue and washing machine for communal use. All windows with screens.
Each apartment has a private garden, a covered, terrace with lovely views over the vineyards. On the side of house is the pool house, 10 x 5 with a hydro massage area, around the pool are lounge chairs and umbrellas and there is an outdoor shower. The pool, weather permitting, from mid April to late September.

Living room with sofa, fireplace and satellite TV, dining table and kitchen chairs, four-burner stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher. 8 steps lead into a hallway and the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two singel beds. Bathroom with shower. Balcony.
On the ground floor is a covered terrace, "gazebo", with stunning views.
Due ground floor apartment, 2+2 persons, 1 bedroom
The spacious apartment has a large living room (bed) sofa (for 2 additional persons), dining table and chairs, kitchenette with 4-burner stove, fridge, oven and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Tre ground floor apartment, 2+2 persons, 1 bedroom
Living room with sofa, which can convert into a bed for two extra people, table and chairs, kitchenette with 4-burner stove, fridge (no diswasher). Open stairway to first floor with bedroom (with wooden floor) with a double and bathroom with shower.

Surroundings
The farmhouse is ideally located for excursions and trips. The coast near Ancona in about 20 minutes away, located just north are the sandy beaches of Senigallia and south is the beautiful Conero-nature with impressive rocks, cliffs and small bays. And in one hour drive away in the picturesque town of Urbino, or in the Sibillini National Park.
But ofcourse you can also sit on the terrace enjoying the fantastic views, laze by the pool or take a stroll to the village Montecarotto.
