Description

Le Marche, Urbino. Agriturismo, 14 km from the medieval town of Urbino, tranquil and with stunning panoramic views. On the estate of 28 acres, barley, wheat and oats are grown.

In the house are 3 apartments for 2 +2 people and four 2-person rooms with shower and toilet, and a suite, Le Volpe situated. Opposite the house is in a separate house, a mini-apartment for 2 persons Capriolo, at approx 50 meters from the house is the detached house Poiana, for 4 to 6 people.

In the cozy restaurant with outside terrace the owner Antonella and Gianni serve local dishes accompanied by fine wines like the "Verdicchio" from the Marche. If you want to relax after a long journey to enjoy a meal you can, when booking the apartment, book a table for the evening of arrival.

Due to its location a top a hill, from the various seats as well as from the pool you can enjoy stunning views of the rolling landscape which make Le Marche so special. The Agriturismo is an excellent place to quietly enjoy the beautiful nature. The four apartments, the house and the rooms are comfortable decorated in local style.

The pool 12 x 6 m, is equipped with deckchairs and parasols, and depending on the weather open from early May to late September. In the vicinity you can also go hiking and riding mountain bikes, for children, a playground and tree house.

The apartments

Three apartments, Il Lupo and Cinghiale Capriolo are located on the ground floor, the fourth apt. L'Istrice is on 1st floor. All have a private entrance and patio.
The apartments, approx 50m2, are suitable for 2 +2 people and more or less equivalent furnished with living room with sofa bed (for 2 extra people), kitchenette with 4-burner stove and fridge, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and toilet. Capriolo is a small apartment for 2 in a separate house and has a kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. The 5 rooms are comfortably furnished and situated on the first floor. The suite, Le Volpe is located on the ground floor.

A short distance away is the detached house Poiana, 80m2, for 4 +2 persons. Poiana has a cozy living room with sofa, armchair and TV, kitchen with table and chairs, four-burner stove and refrigerator. There are two spacious bedrooms with a double bed (on request  2 single beds can be made​​) both with a door to the garden. One of the bedrooms can be separated by a wall, to put in a bunk bed for 2 extra persons. There are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
The apartment is a beautiful covered terrace, furnished with table and chairs.

Surroundings
In the vicinity are some beautiful towns like Urbino with its magnificent "Palazzo Ducale", this university town is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. You can also make trips to the ancient towns of Urbania (famous for its beautiful ceramics), Gradara (famous for Dante and Petrarch), Santangelo in Vado (famous for its truffles) and San Leo (great fortress). You can hike in the naturepark Sasso Simone (also called the green balcony of the Marches) or enjoy the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast  which are approximately 50 minutes away.

Rental of the apartments is a week in high season only from Saturday to Saturday in low season rental can be flexible.

Deposit for the apartments € 150, -

Prices include:
- Water, gas (for cooking), electricity, heating
- Linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels but not swimming towels)
- Pool (when open)

Prices exclude:
- Cleaning (apartment) € 40, - Poiana € 60, -
- € 5 per washing machine
- Breakfast € 8 p.p. (apartments)
- Dinner € 30 including wine, before arrival at time of reservation
