Description

Le Marche, Piobicco. Agritursimo situated at the border of Le Marche and Umbria, in the green hills so typical of this border region. The house a splendid panoramic view of the massif of Monte Nerone and the Apennines. The Agriturismo Cantania is located near the pleasant town Piobicco with its many cafes, restaurants and  festivals. The lovely university town of Urbino is 30 km away and at 40 km you will find the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast.

The house is surrounded  by a large garden with several seating possibilties and beautiful swimming pool, 10 x 6. For children there is a small slide, a swing and a seesaw, for the older kids table tennis. Barbecue and washing machine for communal use. The products of the farmhouse, such as salami, cheese and wine, are on spot to taste and to buy.

Surroundings
From the house you can take many beautiful hiking trails and tracks. In the fall you will find along these paths many mushrooms to be picked and to be prepared.
The village Piobicco close by (4 km, not walking distance) and has much to offer like the Brancaleonie palace from the XIII century, terraces and restaurants, feasts and festivals like the Polenta Festival, the Palio, and the Wine Festival to name but a few. Other beautiful villages are Urbania, 15 km,  at 30 km Urbino and Gubbio at 35 km. Fano and beaches and sea are 40 km away.

The apartments
There is a total of seven apartments, one apartment for 6 persons, one apartment for 5, three apartments for 4 persons and two studio apartments for 2 people.

Entrance via the loggia (shared with apt. Ciclamino) to the large living room with sofa, fireplace, kitchen with table and chairs, four-burner stove, oven and refrigerator. Second large living / dining room with table, chairs and sofa. Bedroom with two double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet.

Ciclamino 4 persons, 45m2 first floor, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Entrance via loggia (shared with apt. Tulipano) to kitchen livingroom with table and chairs, and sofa, kitchen has 4 burner stove, oven, fridge with freezer. Bedroom 2 with double bed, 1-bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday in low season rental can be flexible
