Description

Marken, Cantiano. Casa with 6 apartments, beautifully situated among the hills at the foot of Mount Catria, near the pretty village Cantiano and near the border with Umbria. The Casa, a former farmhouse dating from the Middle Ages and restored a few years ago, where as much as possible tried to preserve the original atmosphere.

The house is beautiful and centrally located. The perfect place for both the Marches and Umbria to discover. In 20 minutes you are in Gubbio - Umbria, the medieval town of Urbino - Marche is less than 3 minutes away and within an hour you are on the Adriatic coast with its beautiful beaches.

The farmhouse is divided into 4 apartments for 4 +2 persons, for 4 persons, one apartment for 2 +1 persons and one studio apartment for 2 people, which is also suitable for disabled. Three apartments, Frassasi, Urbino and Gubbio can be linked together, so the house is ideal for larger groups or families who want to stay together, but also want privacy.


In the Dipendenza are housed two apartments, each suitable for 2 +2 persons.

Each apartment has its own terrace, the ground around the house is shared. By the pool 15 x 6, several gazebos (covered terraces), around the pool with sun loungers.
Beside the house is an indoor kitchen with wood oven and barbecue, this kitchen is shared. In the basement of the house is the Sala, a common room with a long table, where children can play games and where, if desired, can eat together.

The apartments

Frassasi 4 -6 persons, 80 m2, 2 bedrooms, bathroom
Small steps at the entrance, living room (bed) sofa (for 2 additional persons), TV, decorative fireplace (the fireplace does not work), table and chairs, kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, large fridge and dishwasher . Inside Stairs to first floor with two bedrooms with double bed and bedroom with two 1-beds, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
Apt. Frassasi can be interconnected with apt. Gubbio and apt. Urbino.


Gubbio 4 persons, 63m2, 1 bedroom, Soppalco (loft) with 2-pers. bed
Small outside stairs to the entrance, living room with sofa, TV, decorative fireplace (not in operation) with dining table and chairs, small kitchen area with 4-burner stove, refrigerator. 1-bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From the living room stairs to the mezzanine with double bed.
Apartment Gubbio can be connected with apt. Frassasi as with apt. Urbino.

Urbino, 2 or 3 people, 80m2, 1 bedroom
This charming apartment is on the first floor accessed via an outside staircase. The spacious lounge is furnished with (bed) sofa (for an extra person), TV,
ornamental fireplace (no operation), table and chairs, kitchenette with small counter top, four hotplates and refrigerator. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Apartments can be connected to Urbino and Gubbio Frassasi.

Assisi 2 persons studio apartment, 52m2
This studio apartment (no separate bedroom) is on the ground floor and suitable for disabled, living room and bathroom are no barriers, the bathroom is equipped with handles. The living room is furnished with 2 sofas that double as beds (on request, here a 2-bed to be made), table and chairs, kitchen with 4 burner stove and refrigerator.

In the adjacent Dipendenza are two apartments Raffaello and Bramante, both suitable for 2 to 4 people. Each apartment has its own entrance but is otherwise identical with living room furnished with (bed) sofa (for 2 extra people), table and chairs, kitchen with stove and refrigerator. On the mezzanine, reached by a spiral staircase, there is a bedroom with two double beds and bathroom with shower and toilet.

Extra person € 50 per week paid in cash upon arrival.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in high season, off season is here considered to be deviated from.

Deposit: € 150, -
