Description

Piobicco, the Marches. Casa Branca Leonie with three apartments, two, four and six people and a beautiful pool. Location at 200 meters altitude, just outside the village Piobbico, with a magnificent view over the village and surrounding hills Nerone, part of the Apennines, with many hiking trails. Piobicco is a pleasant town with a rich history that can be found in the many churches and palaces including the celebrated Palazzo Branca Leonie.

The slightly lower pool has sun loungers and parasols, surrounded by flowers and plants and offers a nice view of Piobbico.

Piobicco is surrounded by the Apennine mountains, including Mount Nerone, with its caves and its numerous hiking trails, a great attraction for nature lovers. The location is central, on the border with Umbria, Tuscany and Emilia-Romagna. Piobbico is part of the "Montefeltro Country", full of history and culture, handicraft and gastronomic traditions. Marche is the region of the truffle, delicious "salumi" and tasty cheese, where hospitality is still a fundamental value. From Leonie Gale, you can easily cities like Urbino, San Leo, Gubbio, Arezzo, San Marino, but also the famous beaches of the Riviera Adriatica bezoeken.C

Casa
The Casa has recently been restored and divided into three apartments, Taddea, for six, Mabilia, 4 persons and Pozzo apartment for 2 people.
The whole house can be rented for a group of 10 to 12 or 14 people

Taddea 6 persons, 75 m2, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Living room with sofa, table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator. 3 steps of stairs leading down to 2 bedroom with bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From the living room via a staircase up to the two other bedrooms, one with two double beds, one with two 1-person beds and bathrooms with shower toilet and bidet.

Mabilea 4 + 2 persons, 75m2, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Living room with (bed) sofa for two extra people, table and chairs, stairs down to the kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, two bedrooms, one with a 2-bed and one with two 1persoons beds, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Doors to terrace from both the living room from the bedroom.

Pazzo 2 +2 persons, 55m2, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom
Double doors give access to the kitchen, which turns into the cozy living room with fireplace and beamed ceiling. Also downstairs bathroom with shower and toilet. Open staircase staircase leads to the mezzanine with a 2-bed.
