Description

Tuscany, Arezzo. Agriturismo I Cipressi with two apartments for 4 or 5
persons, is quietly located in the middle of the fruit, olive, oak and ancient cypress trees, yet just 3 km from Arezzo, a vibrant town with shops, churches and artwork. I Cipressi is an excellent place to relax and enjoy nature, relax by the pool (7 x 14), the beautiful walks and discovering Arezzo, Tuscany and Umbria.

The two comfortable apartments for 4 or 5 people, are located on the 1st
floor with terrace on the ground floor. The interiour is modern style with respect for tradition. The apartments overlook the garden and have a typical stone loggia.
The interior features wooden beams and tiled floors. Each apartment has two bedrooms, with the possibility of placing an extra bed in one of the bedrooms. The two apartments can be connected to convert to an apartment for up to 10 people.

the Area
Arezzo is ideally located for exploring Tuscany, Florence is 60 km, 30 km Cortona, Montepulciano, with its fine wines, 40 km and Siena is 1 hour. Umbria is easily accessible from Arezzo, within an hour you are on Lake Trasimeno and in one and a half hour in the beautiful capital of Umbria, Perugia.

Arezzo lies in a hilly area, the city has some beautiful churches, the Basilica di San Francesco basilica dedicated to Saint Francis with its famous frescoes of Piero della Francesca, Santa Maria della Pieve, a Romanesque church from the 12th century, the Gothic San Domenico church and the Cathedral of St. Donatius ("Duomo) are all worth a visit. Piazza Grande is the main square of town with beautiful loggia of Vasari

the Apartments

Tulipano, 95 m2, 2 bedrooms, 4/5 persons
An outside staircase leads to the loggia and entrance of the apartments.
Living room with sofa, armchairs and fireplace, kitchen with table and 4-ring
hob, oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed and bedroom with two single beds (on request an extra bed can be buried). Bathroom with shower, toilet.

Girasole, 95 m2, 4/5 persons.
An outside staircase leads to the loggia entrance of the apartments.
Spacious living room with sofas and fireplace, large kitchen with table and chairs, 4-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer. Two large bedrooms: one with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds (on request an extra bed can be buried). The rooms overlook the large garden of olive trees in the front of the house. Bathroom with shower, toilet.

Both apartments can be connected into 1 apartment for 8 to 10 persons, you can use the whole house.

On the farm there are many fruit trees and there pratically all year you can pick fruits like strawberries in May, peaches, plums, cherries and apricots in June, berries in August, apples, figs, grapes, mushrooms and walnuts in september, olives november

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in the low and mid season stay in flexibel but minimum 4 nights.

Deposit € 200

Prices include:
- Water, gas (for cooking) electricity
- Linen (sheets pillowcases, towels, but no swimtowels) weekly change
- Pool (when open)
