Borgo Montaione 16 apt 2 to 6+2 persons

Description

Tuscany. Montaione Borgo was originally a the medieval hamlet in a rural area. In 1990 was started with the restoration of the Borgo to a group of  holiday homes with apartments. This renovation was completed in 1996 and the Borgo has since then been continuously maintained.

The 16 apartments, for 2 to 6+2 persons, are fully equipped with central heating, (some have a fireplace), TV and a kitchen or kitchen corner. All apartments have a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the spacious garden  there is a pool and children's pool, surrounded by sun loungers. The large pool is 6 x 12 m and 1.20-2.40m deep, the childrens pool is 5 x 3 m and 60 cm deep. From the pool you have a magnificent view on the surrounding mountains and hills. The olive trees on the edge of the pool make this lovely picture complete.

Surroundings
Located in the hills of Montaione, the Borgo is perfectly located for those who like to visit the famous Tuscan cities like Florence (50 km), Siena (60 km), Pisa (61 km), Volterra (32 km), San Gimignano (20 km) , but also many other lesser known and equally beautiful places are worth a visit.

Activities
On Tuesday and Thursday evenings there are wine tasting and barbecue event. In the morning you can buy fresh bread from a passing bakery . At the Borgo you can buy wine and olive oil. There is Wifi in the common area.

The apartments
Twh two, three and four bedroom apartments are equipped with satellite TV and a 2-pers. sofa bed or two 1-pers. sofa's in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, fridge and hob. The bathroom have a shower and toilet. They all have an outside terrace or a balcony with table and chairs and a barbeque. The apartments are divided in the Standard Class, Comfort and Superior.

Standard: two apartments on the ground floor + first floor. An apartment located on first floor. Terrace with table and chairs located in the communal garden or courtyard.
Comfort: Apartments on the ground, or ground floor + first floor, one apartment on the first etage.1 or 2 bathrooms. Terrace with garden furniture in the garden
Superior: Apartments on the ground floor with terrace or first floor with small balcony overlooking the pool. These apartments have air conditioning.
