The ‘Maremma Toscana’ is known for the wild beauty of its countryside, its lovely beaches, interesting history, traditions and excellent cuisine.
The former farmhouse has been fully restored and divided into two apartments, Cancelloni UNO, for 6 persons and Cancelloni DUE for 8 persons..It is furnished in classic Tuscan style to offer a comfortable accommodation.
The spacious garden with grass lawns and trees is fully enclosed and there is a lovely swimming pool (10m x 5m) which is also fully enclosed. Both the garden and pool are for the exclusive use of the two apartments. At the pool there are sun loungers and two gazebos offering shade on hot sunny days. In the garden (6,000 sqm) there are two tables with benches and there is a covered parking area immediately next to the garden.
There is a laundry room for use of both apartments with independent access on the ground floor of the house which has washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Entrance via outside staircase. Living room with sitting area with sofa and chairs, tv ( Italian only), doors opening on to a private terrace with fine views over the country side. Kitchen area with hob, 4 rings, small oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee machine, tabel and chairs. Two bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 3 bathrooms ( one is ensuite) with shower cubicle, basin, toilet and bidet.
It is a very interesting area with much to see and do. Within in few minutes drive there is the delightful medieval village of Scarlino which resting on top of a hill enjoys a fine view of the sea towards the town of Follonica where you will find a sandy beach, a wide range of shops and restaurants and a water fun park, continue a little further along the coast and you will arrive at the pretty Gulf of Baratti famous for its Etruscan Archaeological park, the Rimigliano Nature Park and the Thermal Springs of Venturina or change direction and a short drive south of the estate will take you to Punta Ala surrounded by the sea on three sides, with pine tree woods, beach and tourist port it is well worth a visit as is the seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia and the Maremma Nature Park just a little further down the coast. When you feel like venturing further you will find that a day trip will take you to any of Tuscany’s most important art cities - Florence, Siena, Pisa, Volterra and San Gimignano.

door opening on to the garden. The terrace which is in a secluded position is
furnished with table, chairs and barbecue.

mature cypress tree avenues.There are several good restaurants and trattorias to
choose from in the nearby area with the nearest at just 1km being one of the
best.
