Agriturismo Riparbella 3 apts. 4 & 2 persons

Description

Tuscany seaside, Riparbella, Agriturismo, olive oil. Surrounded by 7 hectars of olive groves the farmhouse lies on top of a hill enjoying splendid views of the countryside against a background of the Tyrrhenian Sea. 
The 3 apartments are located on the ground and first floor. There is one groundfloor apartment, Capraia, for 2 persons, one groundfloor apartment, Corsica, for 4 persons and a 1st floor apartment, with a large balcony, Gorgona for 4-5 persons. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and has its own private entrance and private terrace which enjoys a marvellous view across the garden of the Tuscan hills with the sea in the distance

The apartments are surrounded by grassy lawns and trees. There is a fine swimming pool (11m x 6m) and a children’s pool (5m x 4m) which are furnished with sun beds and sun umbrellas. In the surrounding countryside you can enjoy panoramic walks.

Corsica, ground floor ,  4 persons:
Living room with kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with satellite television and settee, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.  On request a cot (baby bed) can usually be supplied. Central heating. Private terrace. Communal barbecue. Swimming pool. Children’s pool Enclosed parking

Gorgona, first floor with balcony, 4-5 persons:
Living room with kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with satellite television and settee, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c. On request an extra single bed or cot (baby bed) can usually be supplied. Central heating. Private terrace on the balcony. Communal barbecue. Swimming pool. Children’s pool Enclosed parking

Capraia, ground floor, 2 persons
Living room with kitchen area with gas hob, gas oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with satellite television and settee, bedroom with double bed. The owner, Irene who lives in the farmhouse, is available to give you any help or information you may require and he will be happy for you to taste his own virgin olive oil produced from the centuries old trees around the farmhouse.

A short drive down the typical Tuscan gravel road leads through the hills to the main road for the local restaurants and the nearby medieval village of Riparbella which rests in a fine position along the top of a ridge of hills. Here you will find a grocery shop, bakers, chemist, bar etc. whilst a slightly longer drive will take you to the seaside town of Cecina with its many shops, railway station, children’s water fun park, archaeological museum, pine tree woods and sandy beach.
A little further down the coast and you will arrive at the delightfulGulf of Baratti or the Remigliano Nature Park with its beautiful beaches, inland there is a host of interesting hilltop villages. The fascinating towns of Livorno, Pisa, Volterra and Florence are within easy reach.

The owner Irene is a vet and loves animals, she has a dog herself and will alow dogs as long as there are kept on a leach and won´t bother the other guests.

Prices are per apartment, for 4 persons. On request a single bed can be put in one of the bedrooms of Gorgona, which can sleep 5. For every persons above 4 a supplement of € 50 euro per week is required

Rental in july and august from Saturday to Saturday other period flexible.

Breakage deposit: € 150,- to be paid in cash on arrival.

Prices are inclusive of:
-water, electricity, (cooking) gas
-linen ( sheets/pillow cases, towels but no swim towels)
-final cleaning
-use of pool ( open mid may till end of september)
-cot (on request)

Prices are exclusive of:
-heating
-extra bed- extra persons: € 50- per week
-use of washingmachine € 3,- per wash

Dogs allowed, supplement of € 25 to be paid on arrival
