Description

Tuscany seaside, Donratico.  Agriturismo with 5 apartments for 2 to 4 personsv at an ideal position surrounded by countryside and yet just a short walk away, along a safe and easy footpath illuminated at night, there is in one direction a village with all amenities and in the other a splendid sandy beach and pine tree wood.

The sandy beach stretches for many miles and is dotted with ‘bagni’ offering facilities including sun beds and sun umbrellas. At Marina di Castagneto 1.5km away you will find bars and restaurants close to the beach as well as a selection of small shops and a children’s fun park. In the well kept woods of mature pine trees which divide the beach and the sea from the countryside you can enjoy biking and pleasant walks.

The Agriturismo consists of a large farmhouse and a little house, together offering a total of five apartments for 2 to 4 persons, surrounded by a spacious garden with many mature olive and fruit trees.In the garden there is a large enclosed swimming pool (15m x 7.5m) with sun beds.

You may hire bikes at very reasonable cost from the friendly owners who live on site. On prior request they will be happy to arrange horse riding trips. On the farm there are three horses . Once a week on request Enrico will cook pizza for you in a traditional ‘bread’ oven in the garden and he will also be happy to arrange guided visits to nearby interesting sites as well as wine and olive oil tasting. Available from him is his own olive oil, wine, honey, jam, fruit and vegetables in season.

The apartments:

Ground floor: in the little house in the garden there are two ground floor apartments Pegaso and Ronzinante. They are furnished in a bright and modern style and has tiled floors and terracotta ceilings with wooden beams.
On the first floor of the farmhouse there are three apartments for rent; Babieca, Bucefalo and Incitatus. They are comfortably furnished to a good standard in traditional style with tiled floors and terracotta ceilings. The studio apartment has a small bathroom.

Ground floor:

Apt. Pegaso 2 (up to 3) Persons – 32sqm

Dining room with table and chairs and television (Italian only) and small kitchen with hob (2 gas rings), small electric oven, filter coffee maker, fridge.  Bedroom with double bed , onrequest an extra single bed and/or a cot will be provided in the bedroom . Shower room with basin and w.c. with bidet incorporated . Central heating.  Own little garden with table and benches.

Apt. Ronzinante 2 (up to 4) Persons – 37sqm

Living room with kitchen area with hob (4 gas rings), small electric oven, filter coffee maker, fridge, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with television (Italian only) and settee (which on request converts to a double bed). Bedroom with double bed , on request an extra single bed and/or a cot will be provided in the bedroom.  Shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.  Central heating . Own little garden with table and benches.

First floor

Apt. Babieca  2 (up to 4) Persons, 1 bedroom – 46sqm

Living room with kitchen area with hob (4 gas rings), small electric oven, filter coffee maker, fridge, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with television (Italian only) and settee (which on request converts to a double bed). Bedroom with double bed and single bed, on request a cot will be provided in the bedroom. Bathroom with bath with shower, basin, bidet and w.c.  Central heating. Area in the garden with table and benches.

Apt. Bucefalo 2 (up to 4 Persons, 1 bedroom – 49sqm

Living room with kitchen area with hob (4 gas rings), small electric oven, filter coffee maker, fridge, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with television (Italian only) and settee (which on request converts to a double bed). Bedroom with double bed and single bed,  on request an extra single bed and/or a cot will be provided in the bedroom . Shower room with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.  Central heating . Own area in the garden with table anda benches.

Apt. Incitatus 2 ( up to 3) Persons, studio – 30sqm

This open plan studio apartment has a living area with table and chairs, television (Italian only) and a small kitchen with hob (2 gas rings), small electric oven, filter coffee maker, fridge, and bedroom area with double bed ,on request an extra single bed and/or a cot will be provided . Shower room with basin, bidet and w.c. . Central heating. Own area in the garden with table and benches.

Rental from Daturday to Saturday, in low season more flexible.
Pool open from mid may till end of september

Deposit: € 75 to be paid in cash on arrival.

Prices are inclusive of:
- water,  ( cooking) gas, electricity
- use of pool ( when open) 
- cot (no linen)
- highchair on request

Prices are exclusive of:
- heating, if used ( € 10 per dag)
