Description

The Agriturismo Villa Meramma lies in a unique position on a hilltop in the heart of the 'Maremma'. The 16 apartments, with one or two bedrooms,  are spread out inside the spacious parkland, in the villa and its outbuildings.

Step outside the villa's ground and you will find yourself in the middle of this charming village with its shops and restaurants. Step back inside and you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the villa's 10 acres of verdant parkland at the centre of which is a very large garden terrace with beautiful views over the countryside to the distahnt hills. The terrace is illuminated at night and during the dy is an ideal place to relax and sunbate.

The park is enriched with countless varieties of mature trees and a large cage of ornamental birds. In a secluded position there is a fine swimming pool (14m x 7m) furnished with sun loungers and in the park there is also a volleyball pitch, a bowls pitch and a spacious car park. The friendly and helpful owner lives in an apartment in the villa. In the villa's office it is possible to buy various local products including olive oil and wine

The apartments get their name from there former destination: the Frantoio, where the grapes were pressed, the Scuderia, former stables and the Limonaio, were the limes were kept.

In the Frantoio are 8 apartments with one and 2 bedrooms, on the first and second floor. every apartment has an outside terrace.
The Limonaia consist of 3 one bedroom apartments : 2+2 persons - ground floor - own garden furnished with table and chairs with view of grove of cypresses
La Scuderia apartments: two for 4 persons and one for 2 persons, are on the first floor with access by external staircase finishing in a large balcony enjoying a fine view over the park - own space on the balcony furnished with table and chairs.
La Scuderia con vista: 4 persons - first floor - private external staircase leads to entrance and private terrace enjoying a fine view.

The  one Bedroom Apartments are 50sqm approx. Living room with kitchen area with hob (4 gas rings), fridge with freezer compartment, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with settee which converts to a double bed > bedroom with double bed > bathroom with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.

The two Bedroom Apartments: 70sqm approx. Living room with kitchen area with hob (4 gas rings), fridge with freezer compartment, dining area with table and chairs, sitting area with settee which converts to a double bed > bedroom with double bed > bedroom with two single beds (which on request convert to a double bed) > *bathroom with shower cubicle, basin, bidet and w.c.
Apt. La Scuderia has 2 bathrooms.

All Apartments: Simply and pleasantly furnished in traditional style with tiled floors and most with beamed ceilings.   Modern kitchens and bathrooms, Extra bed on request,  Cot (baby bed) on request,  Central heating,  Laundry service, Television (Italian only) on request, Communal lounge with satellite television, Table tennis,  Swimming pool,  Volley ball pitch,  Bowls pitch,  Breakfast on request,  Car park in the villa's grounds

Rental from Saturday to Saturday

Prices are inclusive of:
- water ( cooking) gas, electricity
- linen( sheets, towels but no swim towels)
- final cleaning
- pool, open from 1/5 to end of september

Prices are exclusive of:
- laundry service € 7 per wash
- heating, if used, € 10 per day for the bilocale apts and € 15 for the trilocale
- cot ( on request) € 25 per week
- extra bed € 50 per week

Dog are only allowed in low season and only with permission of the owner
