Description

This classical Tuscan stone farmhouse of the 1800's is wonderfully located. It has been restored to a house with 6 apartments for 2 tot 4-6 persons. The house and its lovely swimming pool face the magnificent panorama. This is the
place to come to if you are looking for peace and tranquillity, time out from busy everyday life, time to relax and feel close to nature.

The  six comfortable apartments all tastefully furnished in classic style with traditional terracotta tiled floors and oak beamed ceilings. They are all individually decorated with different colour schemes and all enjoy fine
views of the surrounding countryside. There is a small gym where you can keep fit whilst enjoying views of the countryside out of its large windows and next to the gym is a turkish bath which will accommodate four persons and a jacuzzi for two. The apartments are devided over the gournd and first floor. The ground floor apartments have their private terrace, the first floor apartment have their terrace in the communual garden. One of the first floor apartments has a balcony. All apartments have sattelite tv, a dvd and internet connection.

This 2-bedroom apartment on the ground floor and has its own private, entrance, a small veranda and terrace with table and chairs. Living room with with (bed) sofa, (2 additional persons), kitchen with table and chairs, four-burner stove, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV and DVD player.

Papavero 2 +2 pers. 42m2
This cozy two-person apartment is also located on the ground floor with private entrance and patio with table, chairs and parasol. Kitchen with (bed) sofa (for 2 extra people), table and chairs, kitchen with 4-burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV and DVD player.

This 3 bedroom apartment has a private entrance and a terrace with table and chairs and parasol. Kitchen with sofa, table and chairs, kitchen with 4-burner stove, microwave, electric coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom with two 1-person beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV and DVD player.

First floor

apartment with air conditioning. Spacious living room with high ceilings and terracotta floors, open kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, electric coffee maker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Sitting area with table and chairs and a (bed) sofa (for 2 extra people) satellite TV. Bedroom 2 with double bed, 1-bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and bath, sink, toilet and bidet. The large windows in the living room offers a magnificent panorama of the surrounding area. Terrace with table, chairs, parasol downstairs.

Il Biancospino 4-6 persons 60m2 first floor
has a traditional terracotta floors and beamed ceilings. The kitchen has a sitting area (bed) sofa, (2 additional persons), satellite TV, DVD, table and chairs, kitchen is equipped with 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher 2 bedrooms with a 2-bed, on request of one of those beds on January 2 single beds made, two bathrooms with toilet and shower.
Downstairs in the communal garden, terrace with table and chairs.

Il Girasole 2 +2 persons 45m2 first floor
has a spacious balcony with stunning panormam furnished with table, chairs, loungers and parasols. The kitchen has a 4-burner stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs and sitting area with (bed) sofa (for 2 additional persons), TV and DVD. Bedroom with two double beds (upon request, an additional 1-bed are buried), bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

On the ground floor of Il Belvedere occupies the lobby with an Internet connection and also a small fitness room with a Turkish bath for 4 and a Jacuzzi for 2 people.
