Tuscany coast, Castagneto Carducci. Surrounded by lawns, trees, flowers and tranquillity the Villa with 7 apts. lies in the heart of the beautiful countryside of Castagneto. A splendid sandy beach is just 5kms away whilst the hilltop village of Castagneto can be seen from the Villa's gardens pretty both by day and by night with the village lights twinkling in the distance.
The deep pink colour of the villa contrasts splendidly with the lush green of the perfectly maintained gardens and the cool cream of the interiors. There is a very beautiful swimming pool (16m x 8m) of salt water (no chlorine). The pool, which is fully enclosed, is surrounded by a solarium with sun beds and pergolas for each apartment.
There are seven apartments for rent, all described here on our web site, (5 with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom) and the owners have a small apartment for their occasional use. The spacious and elegant apartments are fitted and furnished to a very high standard and all their windows enjoy fine views of the surrounding gardens and countryside. All the two bedroomed apartments have a settee in the living room which converts to a double bed to accommodate an extra two persons; extra persons are accepted up to *14 years of age.
The grounds of the Villa are fully enclosed and access is by electric gate for which you will be given a remote control device. Inside the grounds is a covered parking area, ‘campo di bocce’ bowling green and a small football pitch.

All facilities are available in the nearby village of Donoratico and at 5km there is a lovely beach at Marina di Castagneto where you will find ‘bagni’ offering facilities including sun beds.
There is much to enjoy in the nearby area including the delightful hamlet of Bolgheri surrounded by ancient olive trees and home of the world famous wine 'Sassicaia', the seaside town of Cecina with its enormous Tuesday market, the seaside town of San Vincenzo with its smart shops and the famous 'Il Gambero Rosso' restaurant,, the Gulf of Baratti with its little port, the Castle of Populonia with its amazing view of the sea and if you feel like venturing further the historic towns of Pisa, Volterra, Siena and Florence and the pretty Island of Elba are all within easy reach.
