Tuscany seaside, Marina di Castagneto. This unique studio apartment for 2+1 pers. is and the perfect holiday home for lovers of the sea. It is on the top floor of an apartment building with a balconylooking out on the sea. The balcony has a sun umbrella and is furnished with table and chairs for dining alfresco and also enjoys the same wonderful panorama of the sea.
The building is serviced with a lift and on the ground floor there are boutiques, bar, restaurant and an hotel whilst further along the road you will find more shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a beautiful sandy beach in front of the apartment which stretches for miles along a clean blue sea. The beach directly in front of the apartment is free to use. To the north there is a "bagno" where one can hire beach huts and deck chairs with sun umbrellas, and to the south the beach belongs to a hotel where one can use the pool and other facilities on payment.
Nearby there is an enormous pine tree wood where you can enjoy walks or bike rides along its many paths, and there are horse riding stables and a children’s fun park.
The apartment is fitted and furnished to a good standard and has a bright atmosphere. The apartment faces the west and is sheltered from the cold on the north, east and southern sides.
You may load/off load your car close to the apartment and park it between in the private courtyard between the house and the beach.
The area is renowned for its history, beauty and mild climate as well as its excellent cuisine and wine which is world famous. There is much to visit and enjoy in the surrounding area with several medieval hilltop villages each with its own charm, the nearby seaside towns of San Vincenzo and Cecina with its enormous Tuesday market, the Etruscan Archaeological Park which looks out on the Gulf of Baratti, the Castle of Popolonia with its amazing view of the sea, various Nature Parks or if you feel like venturing further the historic towns of Pisa, Siena and Florence and the pretty Island of Elba are all within easy reach.
