Villa Gli Alberi apt. Dalia 5-7 persons

Description

Tuscany seaside, Sasseta. Apartment Dalia 4+3 persons is situated in the Villa Gli Alberi, within walking distance of the picturesque village of Sassetta and only a short drive away from the sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto. Villa Gli Alberi has been divided into three apartments, Apt. Dalia described here, and two one bedroomed apartments called Apt. Erica and Apt. Fresia which are also described on our web site.

The villa is built into the side of a hill hence although Apt. Dalia is on the first floor its entrance is conveniently on the ground floor. From the apartment’s living room one can walk directly on to both its a large covered balcony furnished with table and chairs and also its rustic garden with table chairs and sun loungers under a centuries old oak tree.

The apartment is spacious and furnished to a high standard. The living room has a very well equipped kitchen, doors opening on to the balcony and the garden, and a settee in front of a wood burning fireplace. The two bedrooms both with high standard en suite bathrooms are spacious and enjoy views of the distant hills. Apt. Dalia is completely separate from the two apartments on the ground floor and both its garden and its balcony are in very private positions. There is a built in barbecue for communal use and an enclosed private parking area. The pool 12 x 6 is shared with the Villa's apts. Erica and Fresia and with the Casa Castagno which is close by.

The apartment Dalia 90sqm:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen with cooker (4 gas rings gas oven), filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs, and sitting area with satellite television, wood burning fireplace and settee (which on request converts to two single beds). Bedroom with double bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, w.c., bidet. Bedroom with two single beds, single bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, w.c. and bidet and washing machine. There is a possibility for a folding bed for an extra, 8th, person. Central heating. Private covered balcony. Private garden. Communal barbecue. Enclosed parking. Shared swimming pool, 12 x 6 with sunlounchers.

It is an enjoyable walk of 800ms to the pretty village of Sassetta where you will find restaurants, bakers, chemist, general food shop, bank and post office. It is a lively village frequently hosting festivals and concerts and is well known for both its excellent cuisine, in particular for its dishes of wild boar. There is a charming medieval quarter set around the ancient church of ‘Sant’Andrea Apostolo’ housing various treasures dating back to the 15th century. Sassetta is surrounded by hills of verdant woods where you can enjoy walking. Nearby villages interesting to visit such are Suvereto, Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci.
The lovely beach with its miles of white sands at Marina di Donoratico is just 12km away.Within an hour’s drive there are countless interesting towns to visit such as Volterra,Pisa, famous for its leaning tower, the cosmopolitan port town of Livorno (Leghorn) and the town of Piombino with embarkation port for the island of Elba.
 

Prices are based on a stay of 6 persons, for the extra person above 6 a supplement of € 50,- p.p. will be charged.
NB! baby's are considered as extra persons.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in low season rental is more flexible.
Swimmingpool is open from 26/5 to 15/9,on request the pool might be openend earlier or closed later, depending on the weather.

Deposit € 200 to be paid in cash on arrival

- linen (sheets/towels/teatowels but no swimtowels to be changed weekly )

- heating € 3,- per hour
