Villa Gli Alberi apt. Erica 2+3 pers.

Description

Tuscany Seaside, Sasseta. Apt. Erica 2+3 pers. is situated in the Villa Gli Alberi, within walking distance of the picturesque village of Sassetta and only a short drive away from the sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto.

The Villa has been divided into three apartments, Apt. Erica described here, another one bedroomed apartment called Apt. Fresia and apt.  Dalia. first floor, 2 bedrooms. 
All described on our web site. There is a nice pool, 12 x 6, surrounded by sunlounchers, shared with the other 2 apartments in the villa and with the nearby Casa Castagna ( 8 pers.)

The apartment Erica is spacious and furnished to a high standard. There is a well equipped kitchen, doors opening on to the terrace with table and chairs and the spacious bedroom has glass doors opening on to a side patio. There is a built in barbecue for communal use.
Apt. Erica can be connected with apt.Fresia, both apartments can be rented together to accommodate a group of max. 10 persons. It's special price is indicated on the price list.

Erica 50m2,  2+3 persons:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen with cooker (4 gas rings gas oven), filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, dining area with table and chairs, and sitting area with satellite television and settee (which on request converts to a double bed or two single beds).  Bedroom with double bed (which on request converts to two single beds), single bed and en suite shower room with basin, w.c. and bidet . Central heating.  Private terrace. Communal barbecue.  Communal swimmingpool. Enclosed parking . Walking distanceto village of Sassetta, 12km to Marina di Castagneto and nearest beach.

It is an enjoyable walk of 800 ms to the pretty village of Sassetta where you will find restaurants, bakers, chemist, general food shop, bank and post office. There is a charming medieval quarter set around the ancient church of ‘Sant’Andrea Apostolo’ housing various treasures dating back to the 15th century. Sassetta is surrounded by hills of verdant woods where you can enjoy walking. The nearest beach is 12km, the owners of the villa also offer to their clients a private beach on the north side of Marina di Castganeto.

 

Prices are based on a stay of 6 persons, for the extra person above 6 asupplement of € 50,- p.p. will be charged.
NB! baby's are considered as extra persons.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in low season rental is more fexible.

Swimmingpool is open from 26/5 to 15/9,on request the pool might be penend earlier or closed later, depending on the weather.

Deposit € 200 to be paid in cash on arrival

Prices are inclusive of:
- water, ( cooking0 gas, electricity
- linen (sheets/towels/teatowelsbut no swimtowels to be changed weekly )
- final cleaning
- use of pool(26 may - 15 september)
- washingmachine

Prices are exclusive of:
- heating € 3,- per hour
- extra person ( inclusing baby's) , € 50,-per week
