Casa Castagna 8+5 persons

Description

Tuscany Seaside, Sasseta. Casa Castagna, 160m2,  8 + 5 persons, surrounded by enclosed grounds with mature trees and a nice swimming pool (12m x 6m)t within walking distance of the picturesque village of
Sassetta and only a short drive away from the sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto. It is a lovely location for a relaxing holiday.

The front of the Casa has glass doors opening on to its covered terrace and the swimming pool whilst at the back glass doors open on to its private terrace with barbecue and table and chairs for 13 persons. On the first floor of the there is both a small covered balcony which enjoys a beautiful panorama of the countryside.

Casa Castagno is very spacious (160sqm) and well furnished with all of its windows enjoying pleasant views. The ground floor has a well equipped kitchen with diswasher, dining area with table and chairs for 13 persons, fire place, satellite tv, glass doors opening on to the private terrace, sitting area with two comfortable settees ( which can be converted into 2 beds) and glass doors opening on to covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool. There is a bathroom with washingmachine.On the first floor there is a landing with two armchairs ( which converts into two single bed)  and glass doors opening on to the covered balcony. The three bedrooms, all with ensuite shower rooms, have a double bed and a single bed or a sofa bed.
The Villa has a bright and airy atmosphere and is decorated with many fine original oil paintings depicting local scenes.

It is an enjoyable walk of 800 ms to the pretty village of Sassetta where you will find restaurants, bakers, chemist, general food shop, bank and post office. There is a charming medieval quarter set around the ancient church of
‘Sant’Andrea Apostolo’ housing various treasures dating back to the 15th century. Sassetta is surrounded by hills of verdant woods where you can enjoy walking. The nearest beach is 12km, the owners of the villa also offer to their
clients a private beach on the north side of Marina di Castganeto.
 

Prices are based on a stay of 8 persons, for the extra person above 6 a supplement of € 50,- p.p. will be charged.
NB! baby's are considered as extra persons.

Rental from Saturday to Saturday, in low season rental is more flexible.
Swimmingpool is open from 26/5 to 15/9,on request the pool might be openend earlier or closed later, depending on the weather.

Deposit € 200 to be paid in cash on arrival

Prices are inclusive of:
- water, ( cooking) gas, electricity
- linen (sheets/towels/teatowels but no swimtowels to be changed weekly )
- final cleaning
- use of pool(26 may - 15 september)
- washingmachine

Prices are exclusive of:
- heating € 3,- per hour
- extra person ( inclusing baby's) , € 50,- per week
