Villa Maremma, villa for 14 persons

Description

Tuscany. Villa Maremma is located in the "Maremma Toscana" known for its beautiful nature and beaches, historic towns and excellent cuisine.

Villa Maremma, a former farmhouse situated on a wine estate, has been nicely renovated and converted into a cozy and comfortable house on two floors. On the ground floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, on the first floor four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each floor has it's own living room and kitchen.

The spacious garden has several terraces, each with chairs and umbrellas, the first floor has a spacious balcony. By the pool, 10 x 5,  are sun loungers and two terraces (gazebos) which provide shade on sunny days. The house is perfect for occupancy by a large group or 2 families.

Ground floor, 125 m2 - 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Living room with sofa, chairs, fireplace, TV (Italian), dining table with chairs, patio doors to terrace. Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric coffee maker. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with double bed (  which, upon request can be made into   2 single beds), bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Terrace.

Entrance via an outside staircase to a small balcony. Living area with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, TV (Italian), kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric coffee maker, dining table and chairs. Two bedrooms each with a double bed, two bedrooms, each with two single beds, 3 bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. From the lounge doors open onto the balcony with table and chairs.

Central heating, washing machine, parking next to the house.

Surroundings
To the west there are the sandy beaches and blue Tyrrhenian sea, to the east you will find the medieval town of Massa Marittima and just 1 km from the Villa is one of the best Trattorias in the area. There are many attractions and pleasant villages like the picturesque Scarlino with it's elevated position offers a stunning view on the sea. In the seaside town Follonica you will find, beside the lovely sandy beach, a wide range of craft shops and restaurants. Just down the coast lies the beautiful bay of Baratti with its picturesque harbor and delicious seafood restaurants. For a daytrip you can visit the famous cultural cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Volterra.
