Tuscany. Agriturismo  I Fiori with 4 cottages for 2 to 6 persons, is sitauted in a beautiful part of Tuscany, in the center of the ideal triangle, Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.

On the estate of 40 acres are 4 former farmhouses, dating back from the 16th century. The renovated houses are all detached, fully restored and decorated with style by the owners. The cottages are equipped with all modern conveniences including central heating, a well equipped kitchen and all bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The estate is surrounded by vineyards and woods, where you may encounter hares, pheasants, deer, and wild boars.

In the beautiful garden is located in a panoramic position the shared swimming pool.
Also on the estate  is a tennis court and a bowling alley.

Surroundings
The Agriturismo is situated only a 10 minutes drive from San Gimignano. The beautiful hilltop city Volterra lies within a 20 minutes drive and can be reached by a spectacular road. Colle Val d'Elsa is half an hour away. An 18-hole golf course is at 10 km distance. I Fiori is ideally located for nice walks and bike rides At 8 km you will find San Vivaldo, also called Jerusalem in Tuscany, with its many small chapels. There is also a monastery with next to it  the excellent restaurant Il Focolare where you can eat while seated with the monks. Florence and Siena are both about one hour's drive away.

The cottages
Of the four farms on the estate, three are for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and there is a studio for 2 people. This studio can be rented with on of the farmhouses to accommodate a group of 8 people.

Ginestra, 200 m2, 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, central heating
This ancient farmhouse, restored in 2003 while keeping the original atmosphere with beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Ginestra is closest to the pool.
Entrance to dining room / kitchen with 4 burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Arched entrance to bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower and doors opening onto the garden. Living room with fireplace and armchairs and glass doors opening to terrace and pool. The beautiful terrace is furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. From here you can enjoy magnificent views over the pool and the surrounding countryside.
Stairs to first floor with open gallery with sofa, two bedrooms with two single beds and bathroom with shower.

Lilium, 6 persons
This cottage was originally the core of the estate. Authentic decor with antique furniture, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. Multiple entrances and many stairs. Hall with access to bathroom, two steps down to large modern kitchen with 5 burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, fireplace and pantry. Double doors to large terrace with fantastic panoramic views. From the hallway stairs to the landing where access to three bedrooms: master bedroom with a double bed, fireplace, bathroom and small balcony, bedroom with two single beds and shower room and third bedroom with double bed with ensuite bathroom. Large oak trees provide coolness, even on the hottest summer days.
 
Acacia, 6 persons
Acacia, overlooking the tennis court is an extraordinary building, originally a watchtower on the Castelvecchio. The house has two independent entrances. The main entrance opens onto a paved courtyard with table, chairs and barbecue. From here access to the living room sofa, armchairs, various antiques and a fireplace. Access from the living room to the bathroom with toilet and shower. Arched entrance to the kitchen with four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining area. Double doors to terrace furnished with table and chairs, the terrace is overlooking the tennis court. Stairs to first floor with three large bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace and entrance to a small terrace with garden furniture.

Glicine 2 persons 45m2
Independent studio for 2 persons with kitchenette with 4-burner stove, fridge, dining area, 2-bed and bathroom. Outside terrace with table chairs and a barbecue.
