Casa Gloria, terraced house 5-6 personen

Description

Casa Gloria, originally a group of traditional Tuscan farmhouses now restored and divided into traditional houses and a few apartments. Some like Casa Gloria are rented out, others owned by Italians families, used as weekend country retreats.

The enclosed grounds of the estate are full of mature trees, there is a large swimming pool (15m x 8m) enjoying lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

Entrance leads to the lovely living room with original terracotta vaulted ceiling and a characteristic fireplace surrounded by settees and an armchair. There is a pleasant dining area in the living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen with hob and oven, and just off the kitchen is a handy second shower room. Upstairs are three nicely furnished bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large double bed where an extra bed can be added on request, another with a slightly smaller double bed and a third with single bed, as well as the main bathroom with bath tub.Fly screens (bedrooms only), washing machine, Central heating, Large garden, Barbecue

Surroundings
San Gimignano with its medieval towers, monuments, craft shops and excellent restaurants is only 5km away. Casa Gloria is in a convenient location for visiting all of Tuscany’s major sights, with Siena and Florence both easily accessible via the road, bus and rail links at nearby Poggibonsi 13km away and Certaldo with its interesting medieval quarter and home of the famous ‘Mercantia’ craft fair is only 7km down the road. A parking space is in the grounds of the estate.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday

-linen ( sheets, towels but no swim towels)
-final cleaning
-pool ( if opened)
