Casa Simone is a holiday home with five apartments, of which we offer 4 apartments, with a a nice pool 13 x 4 pool. Situated in the Tuscan countryside it offers nice views on the vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields. The medieval village of San Gimignano with its shops, cafe, weekly market and open air concerts in July and August, is only 5 km away.
The 4 apartments are for 2 to 4+2 persons. At the back of the house is a garden with sun beds and umbrellas, pool and a parkingspcae. Within walking distance of the house is an excellent restaurant, open for lunch and dinner.
The apartments
The Casa is quiety located at a rural country road which runs in front of the house.At the back of the house is the garden and swimming pool, with nice views on the vineyards and olive groves.
The apartments are well furnished and air conditioned, the kitchens are equipped with an oven and dishwasher. Each apartment has a private balcony or
outsdie terrace. The swimming pool 13 x 4, is open from early May until late September and surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

Cosy living room with beamed ceiling and fireplace, sofa ( converts into a bed for 2 persons under 12 years) satellite TV, table and chairs. Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedroom with canopy bed , bedroom with a single bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower / bath, toilet and bidet. From the lovely outdoor terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views of the hills.
Cacao, 90 m2, ground floor 3 + 2 persons
Spacious living room with tiled floor, fireplace, sofa ( converts into a bed for 2 additional pers. up to 12 years), and armchair, satellite TV, table and chairs. From the living room large doors opening onto a terrace with stunning views. Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with single bed. Bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and bidet.

Spacious apartment with large living room with sofa, table and chairs. Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms, each equipped with shower, toilet and bidet. Terrace with outdoor seating.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday, on request rental can be flexible
