Bosco apt. for 5 pers.in detached house

Description

Ground floor apartment of a detached house, surrounded by a well kept garden and mature trees. Lovely private swimming pool 12 x 4  nicely situated in the garden which is open from the beginning of may till the end of september. In low and mid season Bosco can be rented by 2 persons at a special price ( see price list).

The apartment is spacious, 80 sqm, simply furnished and located just 2 kms away from the village of Colle di Val d'Elsa, where guests can find shops and restaurants. The upper floor is occupied by the welcoming owners who respect the privacy of their guest.

Private entrance, living/dining room with sofa, chairs, table and chairs, kitchen corner with 4 ring cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, American coffeemachine. One triple bedroom with a queen size bed and a single bed; one twin bedroom (double on request).
Bathroom with basin, toilet and shower.
In front of the entrace, with a view over the countryside, is a private terrace with table and chairs for dinners 'al fresco".  At the guests disposal, tv (not satellite) iron and ironing board, washing machine and BBQ. Pool 12 x 4 open from May till October.

Surroundings
The nearby village of Le Grazie, just 1.5 kms away, has simple shopping. Colle di Val d'Elsa (about 2 km away), is an interesting village to visit, with many shops, also famous for the production of crystal glassware, for the good restaurants in the area and the farmers market each friday. Colle di Val d'Elsa is a perfect location to visit Siena which is just 28 km away and at Firenze 55 kms away.  

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday, in low season rental can be flexible. .

Pool open from beginning of May till end of September or longer if the weather permits.
