Casa Coloniche 7 apt. 2-4+1 pers

Description

Il Coloniche is an ancient farm, ten minutes from Montaione, at 350 metres above the sea level, from whitch you can enjoy a wonderful view of the hills, and a mild climate even during the hottest summers. The farm been restored to modern standards with attention to keep the antique atmosphere.  A nice swimmingpool was build, a barbecue area, and a five a side pitch.

On the estate of 4 hc. are seven apartments, described on this page, an four  houses, decribed on another page on the website. The 7 apartments are for 2 to 4 or 5 persons, two apartments can joined together to accommodate 8 to 10 perons.

Facilities
There are many facilities like the possibility to order bread which will be delived in the morning at the apartment. TRhere is internet at reception, communal terrace with barbecue, table, chairs and loungers. At the gated estate of 4 acres is also the home of the owner. Here you will find the reception, where you can get information about the area and where a wifi point. This house is also the common laundry room. On the estate are also four detached houses, which are separately listed on the site.

Surroundings
Although located in the tuscan countryside, the house is not far from the most important routes which bringss you to Florence, Pisa,  Siena and Lucca .San Gimignano, San Miniato and Volterra are just at fifteen minutes (by car). Close by you can go horseriding, play golf or tennis. There are woods surrounding the pro[erty where you can take nice walks.
The area is full of restaurants, at Montaione is available a catering service, there is a bank, a chemist, a supermarket and several shops.

The apartments

Gardenia en Gelsomino, 50m2, ground floor 2+1 pers.
These two adjacent apartments for 2 +1 persons, are more or less identical. Living room with kitchenette, bedroom with two double beds and bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the "attic", a mezzanine with an extra person can sleep. For the apartment terrace with table, chairs, and sunumbrella. These two apartments are often rented by a couple friends who like to be together but also like to have their privacy.

Ciclamino, 70m2 , ground floor 4 persons
Ciclamino is also located on the ground floor of this former farm. The apartment has been renovated Tuscan style with keeping the original features. Living room with 4 chairs, TV, table and chairs, kitchen with 4-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, small oven and electric coffee maker. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Terrace outside with table and chairs.

Azalea, 70 m2, ground floor, 4 persons
Just around the corner from the 3 above described apartments,  also on the ground floor lies the apartment Azalea. Like the other apartments it is nicely restored, some walls deliberately put in plaster, in order to obtain the original Tuscan style. Large living room with sofa, table and chairs, kitchen with 4 burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, small oven and electric coffee maker. Two bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Terrace with table and chairs outside the apartment

Mugetto, 2 persons, ground floor
Mughetto is a cozy two-person apartment, located opposite the apartments described above. This building where also lives the owner and where the reception is located. The apartment has arched windows, living room with sofa, table and chairs, kitchen with 4 ring stove, fridge, oven and coffee maker. Spacious bedroom with two double beds, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Terrace at the front and side terrace equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

1st floor
Ortensia, 70m2 4 +1 persons, 1st floor
Apartment can be connected to apt. Glicine and so make an apartment for 8 +2 persons. Via external staircase you reach the entrance to large hall with access to apartment Ortensia and Glicine. Large, bright living room with sofa, table and chairs and open kitchen with 4pits stove, fridge, oven and electric coffee maker. Two bedrooms, in one of the two bedrooms an extra bed can be set for one extra person. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Downstairs in the garden under the trees, is situated the terrace of this apartment, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Glicine, 70m2, 1st floor, 4+1 persons
Apartment can be connected with apt. Ortsensia to make an apt. for 8+2 persons. Outside staircase leads to a spacious hall which gives access to the apartments Glicine and Ortensia. Comfortable living room with sofa, table and chairs, kitchen ,separated by a wall from the living room, furnished with four-burner stove, fridge, oven, electric coffee machine. Two bedrooms, in one of the bedrooms an extra bed can be put for fifth person. Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. Downstairs in the garden under the trees is the terrace of this apartment, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers.

Every morning fresh bread can be orderred to be delivered at your apartment. At 10 minutes drive away is a riding school, there are golf courses and tennis courts.

.Rental from Saturday to Saturday in the low and mid season rental can be flexiable
