La Tenuta is situated in the rolling hills of Tuscany, less than a half hour drive from Florence. This former farmhouse has been beautifully converted into a house with 7 apartments and 3 cottages each with an apartment.
The seven apartments are on the ground- and first floor and are tastefully decorated with beautiful wall paintings. Each apartment has its own terrace. The are 3 cottages, each with an apartments, one for 2 and two for 4 persons. Each apartment has a satellite TV and a washing machine and each kitchen is equipped with 4-burner stove, oven and dishwasher. Wifi available.
The large, fenced, pool 14 x 7, is in a beautiful spot and surrounded by sun beds and umbrellas. For children there is a playground and barbecue facilities for theparents.
Surroundings
La Tenuta is located 20 km south of Florence, easily accessible by highway, you can visit this fantastic city frequently. Because of its convenient location, La Tenuta is also very suitable as a base for exploring Tuscany. Within an hour you are in the beautiful Tuscan towns such as Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano and Volterra. And the Tuscany seaside is also easily accessible from here.
