Tuscany, Il Coloniche is an ancient farm, ten minutes from Montaione, at 350 metres above the sea level, from whitch you can enjoy a wonderful view of the hills. Although located in the countryside, Il Coloniche is located in the heart of Tuscany, not far from the most important communication routes. Florence, Pisa and Siena district are at about a forty minute’s drive, while San Gimignano, San Miniato and Volterra are just at fifteen minutes (bycar).

Il Coloniche has been restored to modern standards, with attention to the antique architectural atmosphere. Giada
Giada was the building where the farmers used to store and repair the carts and wagons. It's a small cottage for 2 people, with a portico terrace and a great view of Montaione. Living room with sofa, table and chairs, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Panorama
Panorama was originally the old barn and the original structure has been left unaltered.  Panorama is for 4+1 people, living room with sofa, table and chairs and fireplace, well equipped kitchen with diswasher,2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. French windows open onto the terrace with a lovely view of the hills and the Carfalo valley.
