Tuscany Casole d'Elsa, Three holiday homes situated on an estate of 13hc, once the property of the Earl of Lucciana. The three refurbished cottages are independent of each other. Their name refers to the destination they once were: La Porcilaia (sty) for 6 people. Il Pollaio (the chicken) for 4 people and Stalla (the barn) is suitable for 2 +2 persons.
Beautifully situated in the Colline Senesi in a panoramic position with the village of Monteriggioni in the distance. Casole d'Elsa is 5 km and Siena 25 km away.
Well situated and very large, single pool of 16.5 x 7 m.
Estate
On the estate are olive trees, to produce their own olive oil and a beautiful oak forest with walking trails. On the site there are several wildlife around like hares, rabbits, grouse and deer, a cypress lane leads to the more distant lake where fish and waterfowl live.
The holiday homes
The cottages are comfortably furnished, each house has a private garden terrace for meals "al fresco", a satellite TV, air conditioning and parking.
Also in each apartment an Internet connection (cable).
La Porcilaia, ground floor, 85m2, 6 persons, has 2 bedrooms, the house is a single locale, one-bedroom apartment attached which is used as third bedroom. Thus the house is very suitable for larger families or friends together in a house needs to stay, but also privacy willen.Indeling: kitchen with table and chairs, four-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Bedroom 2 with double bed and two 1-bedroom with single beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. In the accompanying monolocale is a good sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Satellite TV, internet and air conditioning. Large garden with pergola terrace with table and chairs.
Pollaio il, 60 m2, ground floor and basement with access to the garden, 4 people.
Entrance to the kitchen with table and chairs, four-burner stove, small oven, refrigerator. Bedroom 2 with double bed, bedroom with two 1-person beds. Bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen is a staircase to the basement with the bright living room with sofa and armchair and patio doors leading to the spacious garden terrace. La Stalla, ground floor, 40m2, 2 +2 persons. Entrance, living room (bed) sofa (for 2 extra people) and armchair, dining table and chairs, kitchenette with 4-burner stove and refrigerator. Bedroom with 2-peron bed, bathroom with shower and toilet. Angle to the entrance of the apartment, under the trees, terrace with table and chairs. Satellite TV and air conditioning.
