Tuscany, Cortona. Independent villa with private pool for 8 people, situated on a beautiful spot with an enchanting view of Montepulciano, Cortona and Arezzo.
The Villa is furnished in Tuscan style, with wooden beams exposed, terracotta floors and stone fireplace. The private swimming pool , 12 x 6, in front of the villa, is furnished with umbrellas and sun loungers.The wide garden has a barbecue area.
The Villa, 160 square meters, is divided in two floors.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with a large fireplace, sofa, sitting area and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, american coffee maker, large fridge and a four burner stove with oven. Outdoor dining area.
Also on the ground floor you will find three bedrooms, two of them are double rooms and one is a twin bedroom, there are two bathrooms with shower and hairdrayer.
An internal staircase leads to the first floor with the 4th bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The room has a lovely terrace with breathtaking views of Tuscany rolling hills, sunflower fields, olive grooves and vineyards.
The house is very well equipped. There is a laundry room with washing machine with dryer, iron and board. You will find also many extras, for example each bedroom has a satellite TV, air condition and Wi-Fi internet access.
On request a Chef will come in and do a complete Tuscan meal for you! (please reserve in advance). There is also the possibility of a cooking course given in a nearby villa!
The Villa is only 5 km away from Foiano della Chiana where you will enjoy the restaurants and will find the shops for everyday grocery. The historic city of Cortona is only 12 km distant. Nearby there is the possibility to enjoy with golf, horseback riding, tennis.
The owner provides Mountain Bikes for the guests, so you can cycle trough the surrounding vineyards. Baby bed and high chair available free of charge.
