Tuscany, Cortona. Villa Elisa, luxury villa nicely situated in the hills and yet only 5km from the medieval town of Arezzo, with its old town, magnificent churches and wonderful Piazza Grande. Many beautiful places like Cortona and Montepulciano are nearby and by train, Arezzo has a station, you are within one or two hours in Florence and Rome.
The villa can accomodate 8 to 10 people. It has four bedrooms and a sofa which can be converted into a double bed to acommodate 2 extra persons and 2 kitchens. The heated pool is open from March to October, which makes the villa ideal for staying in the low season. Also available: Internet, satellite TV, bikes, fitness, table tennis.
Description Villa
Ground floor: spacious, comfortable living room with leather sofa, armchairs, dining table and chairs, satellite TV, internet. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Washing machine and dryer.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms with bath / shower, sink and toilet. Second living room with dining table and sofa (ehich, on request, can serve as extra bed for 2 persons), fireplace, second kitchen fully equipped with 4-burner stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Large balcony with panoramic views.
The big garden (2 hectares) is protected by an electric gate with videophone and has a remote control. From the pool (12 x 6) there a beautiful view over the hills of Arezzo. Furniture, tables, chairs and umbrellas are provided, and a barbecue. Also available: fitness equipment, mountain bikes. Extra cleaning is available at a rate of € 10 per hour.
On arrival you the owner will welcome you . A welcome dinner has been prepared for you (included in the price) with Tuscan anti pasto, pasta with sauce, variety meats such as ham and salami, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheeses such. On Friday, on request, a Tuscan meal can be prepared for you, cost € 40 per person.
Use of swimming pool
The pool is heated and open from March to October. In the months March, April and October, the pool heating costs will be charged.
