Description

Umbria, Collazone. Agriturismo producing wine and olive oil, centrally located just outside the village Colazzone, a half hour drive from Perugia. Beautiful towns such as Assisi, Todi and Orvieto, as well as Lake Trasimeno and Tuscan cities such as Cortona, Arezzo and Siena, are easily accessible from the Agriturismo.

The farmhouse has recently been renovated into 3 beautiful apartments, two for 4 persons and one for 6. Due to its location on the hill, the apartments, each with a private terrace, have a magnificent panorama. From the swimming pool 14 x 6 which is located on a slighty lower lever, there is also a panoramic view.

The apartments, Belmonte for 6 or 7 persons Bella Vista for 4 or 5 persons and Belvedere for 4 persons are very spacious, light and comfortable. All apartments have central heating which makes htme also very suitable for a stay in low season.

The apartments:

Belmonte 6-7 persons 125 m2 ground floor
Spacious living room with sofa, table and chairs, tv, large fireplace, doors opening onto the terrace with tabel and chairs offering a wonderful panorama. 
Kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, fridge and dishwasher.Three bedrooms each with a double bed and a private bathroom of which two with shower and one with bath. On request an extra bed can be added.

Bella Vista 100m2, ground floor, 4 - 5  persons
Spacious living room with fireplace, sofa and chairs, tv, doors opening onto the private terrace with table and chairs. Kitchen with table and chairs, 4-burner stove, oven, fridge. Two bedrooms each with a double bed and bathroom. On reqeust an extra bed can be placed in one of the bedrooms. The apartment is suitable for the disabled. Bella Vista can- in low season- also be  rented for 2 persons at a reduced price (see price list)

Belvedere, 100m2, 1st floor, 4 persons, 2 terraces
Spacious living room with sofa, tv, fireplace, kitchen with table and chairs, 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, 2 bedrooms with 2-bed, each with private bathroom 1 with bath 1 with shower. Two terraces, one in front of the entrance and another one next to the living room.

In the village of Collazzone you will find shops and a restaurant, the medieval town of Todi with its beautiful Piazza di Popolo, its Duomo and Palazzo dei Priori, is 20 km away, within half an hour you are in Perugia and Assisi in within the hour.

Deposit: € 150 payable on arrival

Prices include:
-use of the pool during the period 21 May to 22 September
- Water, electricity and cooking gas
-linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels) changed weekly
-final cleaning

- Heating costs (low season)
