Le Case sets on the hills that extend between Casacastalda and Valfabbrica, on the border with Le Marche region and at about 1 hour driving from the Adriatic Coast. Le Case is composed of two houses which are rented out togheter with exclusive use of the pool (10x5), that sets at a few meters from them in a sunny and panoramic position.
Casa Uno is the biggest of the two houses, only the lower floor is rented, the upper floor is closed. The smaller house is Casa Due. Both houses have a terrace with table, chairs, umbrellas and a barbecue.
The fenced of private pool, 10 x 5, enjoys a sunny position and is surrounded by sun loungers sun umbrellas. From the terrace as well as from the pool, panoramic views.
The two adjacent houses are rented together in high season. In low and mid season it is also possible to rent the houses seperately,with shared swimming pool.
The houses are situated near Valfabrica and half an hour's drive from the capital, Perugia. It is an excellent location for exploring both Umbria and Le Marche. Beach and sea are one and a half hour drive away. From the house there are walking and cycling trails, a famous walk is the percorso Francescano, the trail of Assisi to Gubbio which runs through Valfabbricca

Casa DUE 4 persons Ground floor.

Both houses have central heating. Available 4 mountain bikes, table tennis, cot and high chair.
