Casle Foletti is wonderful situated on the hills around Castiglione del Lago. It is composed of the owner's countryhouse and a guest's house divided into three gorgeous , ground floor, apartments. The property is located in a strategic position, ideal to visit both Umbria and Tuscany and also to walk and to bike around.
The apartments are furnished with care in rustic style. Each of them has a covered portico equipped with table and chairs to eat outside and enjoy a very suggestive view overlooking the hills around, particularly on sunset. All the windows have mosquito nets. There is a nice swimming-pool (10x6), in common use with the owner, with annexed a small pool for children. There is also a solarium area and a gazebo.
At guest's disposal: a cot, a babybed, an highchair ( they are free but to be required in advance); the kitchen garden with fresh biological products.

FATE - Sleeps 4+1 sqm60, Ground floor.
Living room with fireplace and tv, modular kitchen, microwave oven, one single sofabed; covered portico. First foor. Access through a stairs (16 steps) from the living room. One double bedroom with balcony with view, one small bedroom with bunkbeds (beds cannot be separated), bathroom with shower. This is the central apartment with view on the hills.
ELFI - Sleeps 4+1 50 sqm, Ground floor. Access from three steps.
Living room with fireplace and tv, modular kitchen, microwave oven, one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunkbeds (beds can be separated). bathroom with shower. Covered portico. This apartment has view on the hills and on the pool.
All apts have independent heating and parking space.
The nearby village of Sanfatucchio, also reachable on feet by a countryroad, offers various services, the supermarket and a restaurant. From the railway station in Chiusi at about kms.15 away, both Rome and Florence are reachable by train in one hour and a half journey.
