Casa Il Colle is a lovely characteristic stonehouse situated in a quiet and isolated mid-hill position around Todi town.
The property is composed by 3 apartments: the owner lives in the ground floor apartment.On the first floor there are other two apartments reserved to guests.
From the apartments there is a beautiful view over the countryside and Todi town that is at about 9 kms away. The apartments have been carefully and tastefully furnished in a rustic style and are very comfortable. Both the apartments have a modular kitchen (stove top, a small fridge and a sink enclosed in a wardrobe cabinet).
In the property there is a beautiful swimming pool (13mx6m) in common use, with a Jacuzzi area; the pool is surrounded by a very well kept green space and equipped with tables and chairs, sun umbrellas and a barbecue
The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, ideal for walks and excursions by bike. .
When guests reserve both apartments togheter, they will have the exclusive pool use with no extra charge.
