Immersed in the green Umbrian countryside and on the Tuscan border, this property is composed by a main country house divided into 8 apartments (one of them is reserved to the owner) for 2 to 4 or 5 personen and a gorgeous dependance for 4 persons. The Casolare has a very nice hilltop position with panoramic views. The apartments are furnished in simple rustic style; all of them have stove tops with electrical plates , microwave oven and garden furniture to eat outside.
Surroundings:
The Casolare can be reached by a 2.7 km well maintained country road. The ancient village of Città della Pieve, where there are some services and small typical restaurants, is 5 kms. far away. From the railway station in Chiusi, at about kms.7 away, Rome and Florence are easily reachable by train. At Chianciano and S.Casciano there are some beauty farms with thermal swimming-pools. The area is ideal for walks.
The apartments
On the ground floor are situated to apartments for 4-6 persons ( 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed) Corbezzolo and L'Olio and two 2-4 person apartments ( one bedroom and sofabed), Carpino and Nocciolo. Ech apartment has it's onw terrace, the terraces are seperated by plants.
One the first floor are two 4-6 persons apartments, Querciola and Sorbo both with 2 bedrooms and a sofabed, and one 2-4person apt. Castgano with one bedroom and a sofa bed. Ech apartments has it's terrace on the balcony with tabel, chairs and sunumbrella.
Ground floor: Corbezzolo & L'Olio 4+2 pers. 42 sqm with living room and chairs, kitchen corner with hob, microwave and fridge. Two bedrroms one with double bed and one with bunk beds, shower room with shower and toilet.
Carpino & Nocciolo, 2+2 pers. 25sqm, livingroom with table and chiars, sofabed, kitchencorner with hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with double bed, shower room with shower and toilet.
First floor: Querciola & Sorbo 4+2 pers. 42 sqm with living room and chairs, kitchen corner with hob, microwave and fridge. Two bedrroms one with double bed and two single beds, shower room with shower and toilet.
Castagno, 2+2 pers. livingroom with table and chiars, sofabed, kitchencorner with hob, microwave and fridge. Bedroom with double bed, shower room with shower and toilet.
Dependance Cotgono, 4 pers. 50 sqm, livingroom with sofa, table and chairs, kithcen corner with hob, microwave and fridge. 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 single beds, private terrace.
In common use to all guests: vaste garden, equipped swimming-pool (14x7), table tennis, laundry (to be paid locally). Near the pool there is a vaste portico equipped with various tables to eat outside and a barbecue in common use. All apts have fly curtians.
