Apt. Spoleto 4+2 persons

Description

Umbria, Spoleto. Groundfloor apartment, 175m2, in a countryhouse, for 4 + 2 persons.  The house is beautifully situated on the top of a hill, in dominant position on the big vineyard of the farm where it sets and has a gorgeous view.  On one side there is the Morgnano’s castle in hilltop position; on the other side it is possible to see both Southern Umbrian Valley with some old villages and Spoleto town famous for the “Two Worlds Festival”.

Near the countryhose, in a very sunny position and surrounded by old oaks there is a nice swimming-pool (14x7) at exclusive use of guests of the countryhouse. From the house it is possible to reach on feet the main building of the farm, both to buy the local wine and olive oil, and to walk along the 3 tracks in the property, long in total km.4 (Trak of the Vineyards, Track of the Olives, Track of the Wood).

The apartment:
The apartment has been furnished in rustic simple style with some antique pieces; there is an external space equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue
Ground floor 4 + 2 persons 175 sqm : big livingroom with sofa bed ( for 2 extra persons), televison, dvd/hifi, kitchen corner with hob, 4 ringsd, oven, microwave, fridge and diswasher. Table and chairs. Bedroom with double bed, shower room with basin, shower and toilet, suited for handicapped, two steps to bedroomwith double bed and shower room with basin, shower and toilet. Wasshingmachine, Barbecue. Cot and highchair on request.

On the ground floor at the side  of the countryhouse there is an apartment used sometimes during the week-end by the owners but they don’t use the pool.

The surroundings:
Spoleto is a medieval town with an interesting history. In the Roman period Spoleto was a major city, this is clearly reflected in the Duomo, with its Romanesque facade, the many Romanesque churches with their frescoes and ancient amphitheater. Each year in June and July in Spoleto the Festival dei Due Mondi is held one of the most famous art festivals in Europe. Spoleto is located south of Terni, Umbria's capital with the churches of San Francesco, Santa Maria Assunta and Sant'Alò and the remains of an amphitheater in the first century BC.  From Spoleto railway station it is possible to reach by train Rome in 1 hour and a half journey while Florence is at about 2 hours journey.

Typical local meals take away service on request locally.

At client’s disposal there are satellite tv, a table tennis, ironing facilities, a cot and an highchair for children.

Small pets are allowed on request.
