Description

Umbria, Gubbio. Antico Mulino, this former watermill consists of two farmhouses which have been fully renovated in the typical Umbrian architecture. In the farmhouses are
5 apartments situated, for 2+2 and for 4+2 persons, located on the ground and on the 1st floor. Each apartment has it's own private terrace.

The apartments are tastefully furnished with cotta floors and beamed ceilings. There is a playground, a pingpong table and a lovely, fenched of, pool 12 x 6 with sunlounchers and sun umbrellas. The guests can also use the mountainbikes, or make wonderful walks in the surroundings. The owner Maria tersea will be happy to advise you.
 

The apartments
Located on the ground floor are the apartments Ciclamino (2+2), Ginestra (4+2) and Girasole (4+2 the first floor apartments are Primula (2+2) and Fiordaliso (2+2)

Ciclamino, 2+2, 44sqm
         

Livingroom with table, chairs, sofabed ( for 2 extra perons), sattelite tv, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and electric coffeemachine. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with basin, shower and toilet.

Girasole 4+2 ground- and 1st floor 82 sqm

         

Livingroom with table and chairs, sofabed ( for 2 extra persons), satellite tv, kitchencorner with hob, oven, fridge and electric coffemachine. Stairs to the first floor with 2 bedrooms, both with double bed and 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.

 

Ginestra 4+2 ground floor 55 sqm

         

Living room with table and chairs, sofa bed ( for 2 extra persons), satellite tv, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, electric coffeemachine, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom, suited for handicapped, with shower, basin and toilet.

Primula, 1st floor, 2+2, 40sqm

        

Livingroom with table and chairs, sofabed ( for 2 extra persons) satellite tv, kitchencorner with hob, oven, fridge and electric coffemachine. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. Terrace.

Fiordaliso, first floor, 2+2, 44sqm

         

Livingroom iwth sofabed ( for 2 extra persons), table with chairs, satellite tv, kitchen corner with hob, oven, fridge, electric coffeemachine, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Open stairscase to the 'soppalco" ( 1.50 high) with sofa bed for 2 children, not older then 10 years of age. Terrace.

All apartments have central heating. Wifi available.

 

Location

The location of the Antico Mulino is very central, Gubbio, with its impressive Piazza Grande is located just 10 minutes drive away, Assisi, the city of St. Francis with the St. Francis Basilica, Perigua, the capital of Umbria are both within an hour drive away.  The Tuscan cities of Arezzo and Cortona are also to be reached, Antica Mulino is also a good starting point for discovering the Marche, the city Urbino with it's students less than an hour and the Adriatic coast is an hour and a half drive away.

 

Prices per week, rental is from Saturdaty to Saturday
Out of season rental is felixble, is is also possible to rent less then a week in low and mid season, minimum 3 nights.

Deposit: € 150 in cash to be paid on arrival
