Il Nido is a nice independent country house, situated on a mid-hill position only 4km from Assisi. It is the ideal place for relaxing holidays on the Umbrian countryside.
In the garden you will find a swimmingpool (9,5mx6m) well equipped and in a beautiful position with a magnificent view over the Umbrian Valley and the S.Maria degli Angeli church. A few meters from the house, in a quiet position, there is an enclosed pen with small farmyard animals and a pony horse. The owner goes daily to the house to take care of his animals.
The property is completely fenced off and has a parking place, a nice garden with flowers and some olive trees and a barbecue.
From the railway station in Assisi-S.Maria degli Angeli, both Rome and Florence towns are easy to be reached by train in a two hours journey.

One double bedroom, one single bedroom with en suite small toilet, one bedroom with a single bed and a lower extractable single bed, bathroom with shower. Heating.
Laundry with washing machine and ironing facilities, two fans, a cot and a high chair are available.
