Description

Casa Il Bosco is an independent house, nicely located in the area of Morra, only few kms. from Trestina and Città di Castello. Towns where all types of services can be found. The apartment Il Bosco, 4-6 persons, is situated on the first floor with an independent entrance. The guests have exclusive use of the house and the pool 12 x6. The garden is equipped and ideal to eat outside; there is also a nice swimming pool (12mx6m) in exclusive use of guests; there is a panoramic sun terrace with partial view over the countryside.

The property is surrounded by the green: on the back of the house there is a private wood, and in front of it there are cultivated fields and hills. Its position is ideal to visit the Alta Valle del Tevere and its ancient villages and to easily reach also Tuscany and particularly Arezzo and Cortona towns. From the railway station in Arezzo, Florence town is reachable by train in about 1 hour journey.

The apartment:
Sleeps 4+2 SqMs 90. The apartment is furnished in modern simple style and there are mosquito nets in all the windows.
First floor. Access from external stairs (12 steps). Little  equipped terrace.Entrance, living room with fireplace, kitchenette with oven, small sitting room with a double sofabed, one double bedroom, one twin bedded room, bathroom with shower.There are a washing machine, ironing facilities, a barbecue , a satellite tv, a babybed and an highchair for children.

At about km.1 from the house there is a restaurant/pizzeria that is reachable also on foot.

In lopw and mid season it is possible to rent the apartment for 2 persons for a reduced price.

With the special offer price for 2 persons, in low and middle season only, clients will use the whole apartment.

Heating.

Pets are not allowed.
