Description

Umbria, San Feliciano. Casa Nomi is an independent villa for 8 persons, on two floors, nicely located, close to the the Trasimeno Lake border. The house is partially fenced off and the two floors are connected by external stairs: in exclusive use of guests there is a swimming-pool, 10 x 5  with green space around. There are two terraces, one on the ground floor and the first floor of the house there is a nice equipped and panoramic terrace, ideal for “al fresco” dinners and to enjoy enchanting sunsets on the lake.

Kitchen corner with hob, oven and fride. Two double bedrooms, bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. First floor. Access from external stairs (15 steps).
Small portico and terrace with garden furniture and view on both the pool and the lake. Living room with sofa, table and chairs, kitchen corner with hob and fridge, access to balcony with view on the lake. One double bedroom with balcony with view on the lake, bedroomwith double bed, bathroom with basin, shower and toilet. Terrace with table and chairs. All the bedrooms have fans. Washing machine, highchair and cot available.
 

Surroundings
San Feliciano lies on the east side of Lake Trasimeno. From this fishing village, ferries depart for the island Isole Polvese, one of the three islands in Lake Trasimeno. From Passignano, a 20 minutes drive, ferries leave for Isola Maggiore. The third island, Isola Minore, is privately owned and cannot be visited. The medieval city of Perugia is within a half hour drive, but also the beautiful Umbrian towns, Todi, Orvieto and Gubbio are within easy reach from Casa Nomi. Close by are some small  free beaches and there is a walking track on the lake border.

In low and mid- season the house can be also rented by 2 or 4 persons, with private use of the pool, prices are on the price list.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday

Deposit € 250 to be paid in cash on arrival
