The property is fenced off and it is surrounded by a nice and well kept garden: there is also a covered parking.
On the ground floor of the house there is a nice portico equipped with table and chairs ideal to eat outside and to admire unforgettable sunsets. On the backside of the house and in a raised position there are a solarium terrace with an equipped swimming-pool (8m x 4m), a gazebo with table and chairs and a barbecue.

Ground floor. Equipped portico. Living room sofa and chairs, fireplace satellite tv, kitchen open onto the living room with table and chairs, hob, oven, microwave ovendishwasher. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bassin,shower toilet and washing machine. Two staircases, one intern, to the frist floor, one extern to the first floor and balcony, both 16 steps. Bedroom with double bedroom with en suite bathroom with basin, shower and toilet, one bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom with basin, bathtub and toilet. All the windows of the country house have mosquito nets; ironing facilities, a cot and an highchair for children are also available. There is internet connection included in the price.
Surroundings
From the house you can walk to the village of Grutti which is 600 meters away. Here you can find shops and restaurants. The medieval town of Todi, is 13 km away. Here are not only quaint shops, but also beautiful palazzos, churches and beautiful squares such as Piazza del Popolo, also known as one of the most picturesque squares in Italy . Just outside of Todi you'll find the famous Renaissance church of Santa Maria della Consolazione. For wine lovers, the town of Montefalco is a must. Here the famous Sagrantino DOCG wines is produced, the passito secco, from the vineyeards in the hills surrounding Montefalco. The wine owes its special flavor to the grounds of mainly marl and limestone. In the first weekend of October here is held the wine festival "Festa dell'Uva '. Also worth visiting Assisi, the city of St. Francis and for a "day trip" we recommand the beautiful "Piano Grande" near the town of Norcia.
