Description

Casa Santa Maria  is situated in a isolated hilltop position in the surroundings of Assisi town; it is accessible by a  400 mts. long country road.

The house consists of two large apartments, each with 3 bedrooms.
On the ground floor apartment with large veranda overlooking the pool, the second apartment on the first floor with entrance at the rear of the house. The house is ideal for 2 families who enjoy holidaying together but value their privacy.

Casa Santa Maria is tastefully decorated in rustic style with some antique pieces.
The private pool 10 x 5 is situated a few meters away from the house on a sunny and panoramic position. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

The Casa is fully fenced of and there is a large parking lot. 2 km away there is a small grocery store and two restaurants serving typical local dishes. Nearest villages are Assisi and S. Maria degli Angeli. From the station of S. Maria degli Angeli trains leave to both Rome and Florence.

Large covered terrace, 40m2, with table and chairs. Entrance to living room with sofa and chairs, large fireplace, satellite TV, dining area with table and chairs, kitchen with fireplace, 4 burner stove, oven and microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Two bedroom with double bed,  bedroom with two single beds. Two bathrooms, 1 shower and 1 with bath. Washing machine.

Large living room with sitting area with sofa and armchairs, fireplace, satellite TV, dining table and chairs, kitchen with 4-burner stove and oven, microwave and refrigerator. Two bedrooms with double bed, bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower and bathroom with bath. Washing machine.
