Description

Umbria, Sant ' Arcangelo. Villa in a very nice position, on a hilltop position with a beautiful view on Trasimeno Lake. The property is in a central position ideal to visit both Umbria and Tuscany.The village of Sant'Arcangelo sets on 1 km from the house and offers some shops and small restaurants, the village is reachable on foot. From the villa it is easy to reach a track where clients can walk or go by bike around the lake.

Villa Melisse is surrounded by trees, in front of the house there is a vaste green space equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue; this area seems to be a large natural terrace from where clients enjoy the view on the lake and the Polvese Island.

A few meters from the house is situated the pool, 11 x 6 which has a solarium terrace, a changing room and a bathroom with shower.

The Villa, Sleeps 5, 140 sqm
The house has been furnished with care with some rustic pieces. Ground floor, vaste equipped portic, entrance, open living room with sitting area, tv and fireplace; dining area; kitchenette with oven, dishwasher and freezer, toilet with washing machine. Access from an internal spiral staircase to other floors, basement floor, bathroom with shower. First floor. One double bedroom, one double bedroom, one  small single bedroom, small terrace, bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Surroundings
Sant 'Arcangelo is located on the south side of Lake Trasimeno, whith shops and restautrants, 10km north is the charming village of San Feliciano directly on the lake and with many restaurants. Drive around the lake to the west and you will reach in fifteen minutes at Castiglione del Lago, with its historic center, its Rocca del Leone and Palazzo Ducale. On the northside of Lake Trasimeno, 25 km away is the town Passignano sul Trasimeno, also called the "pearl of the lake".

In Lake Trasimeno are three islands, Isola Maggiore, Isola Minore (private island) and Isola Polvese. From Castigliano and Passignano boats depart for Isola Maggiore and from San Feliciano boats leave for Isola Polvese.

The capital of Umbria, the beautiful medieval Perugia, is located 30 km away and within an hour you are in the beautiful Tuscan city of Arezzo and Cortona.

Rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
